Zocolo’s Neighborhood Eatery Property Offers New Opportunity for Shreveport Restaurant Entrepreneurs

Back in December, Zocolo’s Neighborhood Eatery and Drinkery announced they were closing their doors after nine years. “It is with a heavy heart that my partners and I announce the closing of Zocolo Eatery,” owner Jason Brady said in a press release. “After careful consideration, we have determined that this concept is no longer sustainable.” However, Sealy & Company’s Melissa Riddick is the listing agent for the property. She emphasizes on this “being a favorable opportunity for entrepreneurs looking for excellent location, high-visibility, and optimal interior space configurations. This unique space is right off LA-3132 in the upscale Ashley Ridge corridor.”

For more information on the property, contact Melissa Riddick at MelissaR@Sealynet.com.
