Home Design Center Soon to Become StrongPoint Self Storage

SHREVEPORT, LA - With the previous release of the Alexandrine Place development’s latest expansion, a second deal closed this week. Sealy Real Estate Services announces that Holyfield Ventures closed on the current Home Design Center; as it will soon be the new location for StrongPoint Self Storage.   Research shows that self-storage facilities typically yield growth in related business, as well as residential expansion. Sealy Real Estate Services Brokerage Agent, Jo Ann Wheless, who represents the Buyer, says “We are looking forward to welcoming StrongPoint Self Storage, as this new deal will only further contribute to the economic development of the area.”  The Alexandrine Place Development began with the sale of the corner of E. 70th and Fern Avenue to First Louisiana Bank, now Origin Bank, in 1999. Beginning with 150 acres of vacant land, extending from E. 70th Street to north of Pierremont Place. Only 20 acres of the Alexandrine Place remain for development or purchase. The available development sites are located on Fern Loop just north of Fern Marketplace, and less than one mile west of the Youree Drive and East 70th Street intersection- the most heavily populated retail and services corridor in the Northwest Louisiana area. The site’s prime location is within five (5) miles of Interstates 49 & 20 and within a 10-minute drive from LA 3132 (Inner Loop) and Clyde Fant Parkway. For more information on Alexandrine Place or the remaining lots available for sale, contact Jo Ann Wheless, joannw@sealynet.com  or Jackson Wheless, jacksonw@sealynet.com.
