Roland Ricou has been involved in commercial real estate since 1998. He serves his clients by providing them with the availability of market analysis, marketing plans and consultations, negotiation, and tenant representation. His experience includes transactions with office properties, retail centers, and industrial warehouses. His clients include major developers, national firms, and many local and regional businesses. His knowledge of the local market has contributed to his outstanding success with the transactions he has completed for the firm.

Roland graduated from the Louisiana State University of Baton Rouge and is a member of the Shreveport/Bossier Board of Realtors and the Louisiana REALTORS® Association, a member of the National Association of REALTORS®
