Patrick Beauvais joins the SRES team as a commercial real estate professional specializing in industrial and land transactions. He began his career in 2010 in industrial operations and distribution management, where he has since built a robust background encompassing regional management, operations, and project management. Previously, as the Vice President of Operations for a distribution company in East Texas, Patrick was responsible for overseeing staff operations, logistics, profit and loss management, and project forecasting.

In 2019, Patrick founded L&D Land Management, a company specializing in raw land. Through this venture, he expanded his expertise in land management, focusing on zoning regulations and municipality requirements while building solid relationships within the industry. Patrick also holds a degree in Business Administration.

Although a Shreveport native, Patrick has been a South Bossier resident since 2017, where he is actively involved in his community, serving on the Bodcau Soil & Water Conservation District Board and assisting farmers and timberland owners with various programs. Additionally, he is the Secretary and Treasurer for the South Bossier Water system.

Outside of work, Patrick enjoys spending time with his young family, waterfowl hunting, and sharing camaraderie with friends and family outdoors and around a firepit.
