Sealy Real Estate Services, a division of Sealy & Company, announces that it has brokered the sale of a 226,000 square foot industrial facility located at 7699 West Bert Kouns Industrial Loop in Shreveport, Louisiana to LAMN, L.L.C., an affiliate of Lubrication Technologies, Inc.
