Sealy Gives Back with Local Shreveport Donation

Giving back is an important part of the Sealy corporate culture. In the past years the company has sponsored a family at the Gingerbread House. This year was no different, as Sealy’s involvement was so philanthropical that the company sponsored two families. “For many of these families the Gingerbread House is the only source of presents for Christmas. We are so appreciative of everyone’s generosity.”, says Lauren Sealy-Pettiette, Business Process Specialist. In addition to sponsoring Gingerbread House families, Lauren and other Sealy team members have worked to incorporate a new incentive for community involvement - “Networking with A Purpose” (NWAP). NWAP is a program developed to reward and encourage involvement within the company, the real estate industry, and the community through participation and volunteerism. It’s an incentive program designed to use a variety of volunteering and networking approaches to further enhance relationships with coworkers and clients to build meaningful connections within our community.Sealy & Company is committed to creating a positive impact on the communities we serve.
