Plans are for the project to be completed in 2020. The operating distillery and open-kitchen French restaurant will be housed with a hidden "speakeasy" music club and event space in the 30,000-square-foot building. An estimated 5,000 square feet of the site will be reserved for leased office space. Mayor Adrian Perkins and owners, Andrew Larson and Lindsey Pennington, hosted a groundbreaking ceremony on June 26, 2019 at the construction site. The project is a $5 million privately funded venture. It’s projected to be complete in 2020.
