Keaton Holley is a Commercial Real Estate and Finance professional who brings his expertise to SRES (Sealy Real Estate Services) as a Louisiana Licensed Brokerage Agent. He has a strong background in the industry, having previously interned in Acquisitions and Project Management with Pursuit Development in Albany, Georgia. During his time there, Keaton actively contributed to the identification of strategic development locations for notable corporate clientele such as Black Rifle Coffee Company, Starbucks, Chipotle, Choice Hotels, and more. His extensive project management expertise extends to a multitude of successful developments throughout the Southeastern region of the United States. In addition to his accomplishments in project management, Keaton possesses valuable skills in property investment analysis and research. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Louisiana Tech University in 2021 and completed his Master of Business Administration from Louisiana State University in 2023. Originating from the Shreveport area, Keaton is a local resident and a graduate of C.E. Byrd High School's class of 2017. Outside of his professional endeavors, Keaton enjoys pursuing personal interests. He is an avid hunter and dedicates his leisure time to training for competitive marathons, including open-water swims and long-distance running.
